I just built a system and everything was up and running....now the problem....I have vista 64 bit 4 gigs ram, soundblaster x-fi 1 500 gb hdd and 1 300 gb hdd and 1 300 gb external hdd intel core 2 duo, now the problem....for some strange odd reason my system doesnt see my 2 dvd drives they were working perfect I was burning copying etc, now it doent even show up as the 2 additional drives it once did. I unistalled, removed, and re-installed but still no dvd/cd drives. this has happened to me before with my acer lap top I had to restore my system...there has to be another way....Help!!!!

You're most welcome. Our motto here has always been "We aim to please." Kinda reminds me of the sign I saw years ago above a men's urinal in a restaurant - "We aim to please. You aim too, please!"
