Internet Gateway
I all of a sudden have a network connection on my XP machine that says Network Gateway. This is nothing I added. I can disable it and and it will come back after I reboot. The net stays up while I disable it.
I haven't tried to remove it yet, because I would like to understand what it is and how it got here. I have run MalWareBytes' Anti-Malware scans and it came up with just adware stuff. I don't know where it came from. Any ideas? |

Could this be a left over from a Zone Alarm? I briefly had it on my computer, but I thought that I uninstalled it, I thought!

I am guessing it is something from my wireless router. If I go to disable, it shuts off networking with my router.

It's your router itself. Leave it alone.
