help picking new cpu heatsink and fan

I'm hanving problems with one of my computer keeping cool and I have tried resetting the heat and I had to replace the fan and it won't keep the processor cool at idle it will work its way up to 60 degees on its own, so I would like to replace the heatsink and fan with something better than the stock unit, the computer has a athlon 64 3200+ it has a 939 socket. I would like to get something that might help with an overclock I plan to do. So any recommendations would be great.

Thanks. Ben
