Newegg
Hey everyone i ordered a tvturner from newegg on the 24th and it still hasn't shipped yet. it's been it will ship it 1-2 business days but its past. I've never experienced newegg being this slow. Any idea's?

Not any big ideas, well you could try calling them and giving your order number to them too se if they know where it is.
but what i was gonna say is be happy its usually 1-2 days. since I cant order from newegg its usually 1-2 weeks to get things from ncix and tigerdirect in canada
also if it was a while supplies last item you might be out of luck..

no it wasn't while supplies last. Its just that if i order on monday i usually have it by wendsday. its wendsday and they haven't shipped it yet and i ordered it on sunday.

if you have the tracking number and are useing it to track the package, don't get too upset, sometimes the database is not up tp date as it should be,
there has been times that I finaly got the information the night before the delivery. also a lot depends on what delivery method you chose.

I had same problem; still haven't received my overnight order of a couple of Seagate HDDs and SATA controller card. Here's the response I got after e-mailing NewEgg:
"Dear Customer,
Thank you for the email. I have reviewed your order. the order was held up in one of our where houses that was having a logistics problem. That problem delays hundreds of orders that should have been shipped. That problem has now been resolved. We are sorry for any inconvience this may have caused."
Yours, too, is probably one of the 'hundreds of orders that should have been shipped'. (Hope the support guru meant warehouse and knows where their stock is....)

i just checked status and it was shipped. i knew something was causing a delay just not what it was.

newegg is usually pretty nice about stuff like that. they are an excellent online vendor and i was very impressed with thier customer support when i had to get a replacement RMA for my motherboard. they were courteous and you could tell that they cared about the consumers.

i ordered a usb hub on the 25th and it is still not shipped, never had this before , i am going to call now.

i called them and got the same reply plus they changed the delivery to 1 day , i told them it probably wouldnt help , i live way out in the sticks but i thought it was nice of them and i understand an occasional problem. they are good folks.
