Looking for a fast scanner that won't break bank

I'm currently shopping for a decent multiple sheet fed scanner that is relatively fast. We have a lot of paper documents at work that we need to archive and I don't want to have to wait forever for the scanner to scan in the document.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Wanabe

What's your budget? Friend of mine has a Canon DR-3080 that scans 24 pages per minute to PDF files, but it's $3000 and requires a SCSI card. You can get a HP flatbed with a document feeder for in the $400's that is a lot slower but will get the job done using USB, but you will still need some kind of software to archive the documents.

Also for around $380 you can get a Microtek USB/SCSI with a feeder.
