Never used ME much, so I don't know for sure, but I have a cordless Logitech MouseMan that has no problems in Safe Mode running 98SE. Do you loose all mouse functions when in Safe Mode?

USB does not work in safe mode of Win9x, it only works in safe mode of Win2K/XP.

If you want your mouse working in safe mode of WinME use the ps2 adapter to connect the mouse to ps2.

Thanks folks. I'll have to see if I can find the adapter.
