Twain32

Friend of mine having problems trying to reinstall his scanner software on WIN ME. The message he gets is that it is unable to configure his TWAIN32. His scanner stopped working so he uninstalled the software and is now trying to reinstall. I dont know the make and model as he lives 50 miles away but i can find out. i don't know a great deal about scanners and just wondered if anyone could throw some light on this. Thanks

I moved this to peripherals. It's a bit more appropriate in here.
