Question Pro's and cons of cases?

What are the pro's and con's of casses. Plexiglass looks like something that contains heat and cause-glass. And the neon light is hgh in temp. Other than looking cool, what else?

Without sounding like a grinch - the only reason to get a case with windows, lights, and stuff like that is to look cool. Things like that do absolutely nothing for functionality. I personally (and the majority of my customers feel the same way) feel that a computer is a tool and appearance is not important unless it's just butt-ugly. I build with Enlight cases almost exclusively, from a functional standpoint I feel that they are the best cases for the money on the market. Yes, they are very plain looking, but not "ugly" in my opinion. Enlight does realize that more and more people are starting to value appearance, and their new line is going to be a lot more "stylish".

The only Reason I would mod a case like I have is if Ill be Lanning with it and lots of people will view it.

I like to build with Apex cases. My recent computer's case is a Apex 100FT-P4. Excellent case with a lot of room.

The purpose is only to look cool and increase your personal satisfaction. It's a hobbyist's thing, kinda like guys who modify their cars with chrome and custom paint jobs and all.
