I am a registerd user that visits pretty often to see what is going on.

Is there a way that the site can check to see if the user is already registered for the Tips newsletter and if so, do not send a pop up add asking for you to register for the e-mails. I have already registered but everytime when I leave the webpage, I get a pop up asking me to register. It is a little annoying so if it could be stopped that would be nice.

Are you accepting cookies from PCMech? I haven't seen that since the last time I cleared my cookies, as it remembers when I have said I don't want to see it anymore. When you say you don't want to see it anymore, it stores that in a cookie. If you don't accept them, it will keep showing up.

Just a thought, but I could be wrong.
