Logging In/Out
First: I don't know where this belongs, re-place at your leisure
Second: I don't really no how it works so, bear with me Does PCMech care if I log out when I leave, does it even notice? Could I just log in at the beginning of the day and log off at the end? Sometimes I forget to log out and I am logged in all day. It probably throws off stats, like avg. log on length, or something like that. |

Dont worry about it. It does not affect a thing here at PC-Mech. I stay logged in all of the time, until I manually clear all cookies and temp files from IE. Then I have to log back in.

I would recommend you log out if others will have access to your computer when you aren't there - if a "friend" tries to play a joke on you and spam the forum or violate the rules, YOU will be the one being banned, and once banned, you will NEVER be allowed to reregister. It's happened here before.

Great point glc! I never have to worry about that since no one else is on my computer. That thought had never crossed my mind! :-D
