Tip of the Day in HTML format

Can somebody help me with a problem I am having receiving PC Mechanic Tip of the Day?

I subscribe to receive it in HTML format. The majority of the time it arrives successfully - I read it using Outlook.

Unfortunately, on about 1 occasion in 5, it arrives as HTML code.

Is this a problem at the sender's end or mine?

They've all arrived here fine at my end. Are you on a dialup or broadband connection? I'm thinking if you're on the slower connection, part of the email may get cut off.

Looks fine to me - all arrives in picture and stuff. I might agree with FF - it's probably your email being cut off there.

I'm on broadband. There doesn't seem to be any problems when the email arrives - there is no delay. I have cut and pasted the code into an HTML browser (AceHTML) and it then works.

There doesn't seem to be any code missing when I compare it with the source of those that work.

Then I would say that the problem is within your Outlook - it's not rendering HTML properly. I would guess that this can actually be traced back to an IE problem, I believe that Outlook has to use the IE engine.
