Help Forums
I have noticed that a lot of threads asking for help are scattered throughout the different forums. Maybe you should make a special Help category with forums for hardware help, software help, etc. Although this may decrease some of the discussion in smaller forums like Programming and Web Dev.

I'm not quite sure what you mean. There are different forums for the different HW and SW problems.

Isn't the whole board based on helping people with their problems? "What video card?" "What processor" "HeLp Me BuIlD mY fIrSt CoMpUtEr!11!!"(Well maybe not here, but you get the idea
 ) Explain more, maybe? I think Hardware is meant for hardware help, software for software help, not just the general discussion(As in discussion of new technologies and such in a given catagory) of hardware or software in those catagories.

Nevermind. I guess the forums should be used for helping people with their problems. It just seems to me, that in forums like Programming and Web Dev, all the posts are proplr looking for help. There is very little discussion outside of that. Like I said, nevermind.
