Hot Deals Forum
Hi all,
Just throwing an idea out to everybody: How about instead of having a Weekly Deals thread we just have a forum where people can post hot deals on computer hardware/software (both internet and brick and mortar stores)? I know other forums (similar in size to this one) have a forum dedicated to this sort of thing. Thoughts/Opinions? Objections? TIA |

What would be the difference between one thread that everyone can post in and a whole forum?

Having a seperate forum for people to post individual threads is a better idea, as you won't have to wade through pages of other deal post. Lets do it CAG style!

Also to add, the currently weekly deals only gets a few posts a week. I can't see much of a need to have a complete forum for this.

We haven't decided yet whether to bring it back. It went away with the Trading Post now that we have the separate Marketplace.
