Parts Reference Guides
We have a chart with the listing of good and bad PSU... Why not one for such things as RAM, HD, MB etc.... This might help out nubees when deciding on what brands to buy....

It's a lot harder coming up with "good" and "bad" lists for those types of components. Power supplies are kinda unique because they do power regulation the "old way" (analog) - just about everything else is digital and it either works or it doesn't, and everyone has their own opinion.

That, and the brands that are good today may not be good tomorrow. I can easily think of half a dozen brands that were once good that went bad, and brands that were once bad improved and became viable options.

To add onto what FF and glc mentioned, not everything is good or bad - if all qualities of computer components were as clear as black and white, life would be too easy for computer technicians
