vanishing tabs
I only get the tabs(buttons) for forums,etc. in the grey bar at the top of the page about one in 12 trys. The rest of the time it is blank. Suggestions??

I've also been having problems since the new look, I was kinda waiting to see if they got ironed out. Little things like "Thread Tools" use to drop down, but now I have to click on it then find the options I want on the next page.

Strange. Please note any specific pages this problem is occuring, and if it is happening on multiple pages, let us know.
What OS, browser/version, can I get a screenshot of it? There were no fundamental changes made to either Mira or VB, so we'll have to look into it. Thanks.

It happens on all pages,home page,forums,etc. I am using MS Internet Explorer. How do I make a screen shot?

Running Win XP Pro, default browser is Firefox 1.5.0.4 but this also didn't work in 1.5.0.3. FF has been my default browser since the "early days" and I've not experienced this before. I don't remember the dates, but did the "new look" happen the same time FF 1.5.0.3 came out? I kinda remember ...3 being out a while before the new look.
Also, I now have to use Opera to upload pics. The Manage Attachments button (and a lot more) is missing in FF. Again, I never had this probem before. The screenshots below shows how in Opera, I can still mouse over things like Thread Tools and the popdown menu will appear. I have to click on Thread Tools in FF, and then find the option on the page I want. Last edited by TwoRails; 06-14-2008 at 12:21 PM. |
