Not a Supporter any more?

I'm not showing as a PC Mechanic Supporter any more... How do I reset it?

Thanks

TR

Are you logged in on the homepage?

How long of a Supporter timelength did you buy, and when?
I would assume you should still be one, but I have to ask.

I can't remember for sure, Alaron, but it sure doesn't feel like it's been a year!! Is it something you could easily lookup? If not, let me know and I'll dig threw the proverbial boxes of paper work

PS: I don't know if this matters, but I recently reset my password as I forgot it...)

TR, send a PM to Drisley. He handles all that.

I was about to ask the same question, I noticed yesterday that my supporter text had disappeared, I wondered if there would be any kind of reminder sent out?
It is about a year since I paid the subscription so I am not surprised and I am sure it must be due, maybe Dave can set up some kind of reminder email with a link to a subscription renewal page, I had a look around and the only option was to just pay again here http://pcmech.com/xcart/home.php?cat=4 on the membership page.

Looking at your profile on the homepage (My PCMech) lets you see when your subscription expires

I remember when my 1 month subscription ran out, I was sent an email
I forget how early it was, though, or if it's even still being sent out...

There is supposed to be a reminder mail sent. I'll have to verify the code which does that. With the switch over to the new store a couple weeks ago, a lot of things changed, and maybe that reminder mail got killed in the process.

I re-upped just a short while ago and was just curious as to how long it usually takes for it to show...?
