How About a Forum for Good Deals and Bargains?

When someone sees a listing for a good bargain at some web site (exclude eBay) it can be listed in a forum with a link to the merchant's item page. Since ads expire (sometimes too quickly) this forum would need to be cleaned up periodically.

We use to have one called the Trading Post, but it's "in-op" now...

It's been discussed and we do not want to go there.

There is still a Trading Post link, TR - it goes to the Marketplace which runs on different software.

I think the trading post is (was) for people selling their own stuff. I'm talking about letting everyone know about a bargain on a certain high speed memory at newegg.com or a tigerdiect.com sale on a modular power supply that every other vendor is selling at 50% higher, for example. ( I can tell you what these are but then I'll be starting the forum listing that I'd like as a thread right here.)

MovinUp - thank you for your input, I do know exactly what you are referring to. The staff and I have had this discussion previously and have decided not to start such a forum.

Okay, but thanks for considering it. Perhaps someday. At the present time, I see the bargain type message sprinkled in various threads and that'll suffice.
