Account cancelled... AGAIN
Would love to know why my Premium account was just cancelled again, especially after I have the following email of June 17 from Lisa of PCMech staff:
QUOTE: A PCMech.com staff member has replied to your support request, #459297 with the following response: Hi Bruce, I cancelled and refunded the other membership you purchased, and added a ye ar on to your current one. Thank you, Lisa END QUOTE Why do they keep cancelling my account without my requesting it? I'm active on PCMech frequently. cuzzzzz |

It is because you were paying with Paypal. Paypal proactively cancels subscriptions without our approval whenever there is an issue with the backup credit card on file for the account. We have no control over this.
At this point, your best bet is simply to re-sign and, hopefully, use a regular credit card. :-) Sorry about the confusion on this. |

There are NO issues with my PayPal account... been using it for years. And I should have quite a bit of time left on your records regardless of who paid you last time.

OK, I looked deeper. You were expired in the OLD system as of 10/20. However, you enrolled in the new one in June and it looks like it didn't register properly.
So, I've re-enabled it manually. Let me know if you have any other problems. |
