Cool Missing something

Hi everyone.

I logged in this morning, on two different machines, and seem to be missing one of the normal discussion groups.

The Watering Hole is not present. Has there been a change, or do I have a bit of malware??

Thanks for any response, dale_t44

Are you sure you aren't logging in as a different user? I just checked the forum permissions and your usergroup, and there shouldn't be a problem. However, if you are logging in with a username that doesn't have at least 10 posts, you can't see it.

Hi glc,

I logged in as I usually do. I ran Spybot S&D and found 2 instances of adware on my one computer, and now it logs in and everything is as it should be. Don't know if that was the problem or not.

Thanks for your reply.

Perhaps you weren't actually logged in on the one where you couldn't see The Watering Hole?

I know there have been a few times that I thought I was logged in, but I really wasn't. I was browsing the forums as a 'Guest'.

EDIT: Man I had been staying away from The Watering Hole too...just got sucked back in. Must get free....must get free...

If you want to make the Watering Hole disappear, just say the word. I can make that happen very easily.

Just an attempt at humor... I try to stay away from The Watering Hole, but I do occasionally browse it.

I am currently on sabbatical from all politics (and news). No Fox, no MSNBC, no CNN. I must say that I have been much happier. Very uninformed, but happy!
