Forum Automatic Refresh
A feature that I thought would help in the forums is that the forums refresh themselves at a certain interval. Possibly you can make settings that allow you to change whether or not it automatically refreshes, and how often.

The Forums are dynamic... go from one to another, and it is the latest info.... or are you talking about a single thread?? A single thread will be static, but you could just hit Refresh on your browser, but I've never been in a single thread long enough to worry about it...

Say you have two threads, and you're in the forum where they both are. If you aren't constantly moving from forum to forum, then it would be helpful that that individual forum where you're in refreshes at intervals.

I think people would find that much more annoying in practice than you may realize.

I agree... I would find it rather annoying... it's bad enuf when I spend a bit of time in one section, then get to the main index and find everything marked read already... the constant refresh would make it worse.
