Windows 2000 Boot up Problem?

when my computer bootup i receive this error:

"*** stop: 0x00000000, 0x00000001, 0x820B3E88, 0x00000000, 0x00000000 ***

The ACPI bios in this system is not fully compliant with the ACPI specification. Please read the readme.txt for possible workarounds. You can also contact your systems manfacutrer for an update bios or visit http://www.hardware.update.com

how can i solve this problem.

uh sounds like you need to update your bios. Perhaps your bios is screwed up.
