Does this exist?

Is there a program out there that will let me scroll throufh the items in the Windows task bar with the scroll wheel just like I can scroll through tabs in My IE 2? In MIE2 I just put the mouse pointer in the tab bar and turn the scroll wheel to switch tabs. Is there anything similar for the Windows taskbar? It would be very useful.

An alt+tab might sort of get what you want.

I know about that. The thing is, it would be more convenient with the mouse.

Can you reassign the mouse buttons in the control panel > mouse?

This program looks like it allows you to use mouse gestures to switch between tasks. It's not the scroll wheel, but mouse gestures are easy to get used to as well (I use them in Firefox and I find that I try to use them everywhere, like Windows Explorer!)

I have the same problem. I get so used to the mouse gestures in MIE2 that I keep trying to use them in Windows explorer but all I get is a stupid drop down menu. I'll check that program out.

Okay, that program goes on my thumbdrive! It's amazing! It's just like using all the mouse gestures in MyIE2, Firefox, Opera, etc.

Thanks doctorgonzo!
