I'm running Quicken 2000 Deluxe on a PC with XP. Recently I started getting a error when attempting to reconcile a account. First poped up couple of weeks ago when I went to reconcile my bank statement. I got around it by rebooting. Today I went to reconcile my CC account and reboot didn't help.
The error; There are too many Quicken windows open. Before you can open another window, some of the windows must be closed. I only have the one window open. Any suggestions? Chas

Here are some possible answers:
http://www.intuit.com/support/quicke.../win/6075.html It looks like it may refer to QuickTabs as well as windows, so you may want to try closing some of them as well. |

Thanks Doctor. I had been to that site and although I didn't think any were, or appeared to be open, I netherless clicked on several tabs and chose "Close all windows".
That resolved the problem. Thanks Chas |
