Boom FTP server help

I recently got a old computer that I want to use so I can host downloads on my website. I installed bulletproof ftp on the computer made accounts and connected the server. I went to another computer and tried to access the server but came up with page not found. How can I connect and or link to the server and specific files. I was trying to connect with “ftp:\\ip address’ . is this the right address? Here is a screen shot of the server computer (http://community.webshots.com/photo/...51691888nCWWNV ) .

Please help

Thanks

The usual port is 21 but you can open any port.
