If you have a router I think you should uncheck Act As Supernode. Also, I may be mistaken but Kazaa shut down all of their networks. I have Kazaa Resurrection and it connects fine.

I just fired up my K-Lite and it worked fine. I think Scurrilous is right about the supernode. You might try reinstalling K-Lite also.

Try Kazaa Resurrection Lite if you don't already have it.

no its just adapted kazaa lite.. practically the same thing... k-lite is just as good, i tried both and prefer k-lite.

k lite 2.4.3 and below or something are based on the older kazaa (less bulk) and 2.6 or something ^ are based on the newer version of kazaa, with multiple searches etc.. more of a resource hog though.

'I may be mistaken but Kazaa shut down all of their networks. '
they dont run on servers.. the older kazaas no longer connect with the newer kazaas i believe.. but all the older kazaas (eg K-lite 2.4.3) still connect with eachother... and no-one downloads regular kazaa anymore (used to be top of the list by a mile on download.com 100% the time), and whoever does has to throw away their computer cuz its got so much junk with it.

'If you have a router I think you should uncheck Act As Supernode.'
hmm not sure if there is a router issue... i have a router and it is acting as supernode.. working for me.. anyway in general you should check 'act as supernode' [or not check 'do not act as supernode' as it may be] because the less people who have that selected the slower the 'network' will work.

its not illegal to use P2P so u can talk about it here. but it is illegal to download copywrited files. there are plenty of legal files you can download off P2P.

generally if your internet connection isn't very good (at that time) then K-lite will struggle to connect.

I knew it had something to do with connecting or something for that matter. Thanks for pointing it out.
