Partition Magic - Merging Partitions

hey kids,

I am not familiar with Partition Magic. I have a system that has XP Pro with FAT32 on the C, a D drive with NTFS, and an E with FAT32. I want to convert all the drives to NTFS and merge all the partitions. How do I go about doing this? I read the PartMagic documentation and it stated you cannot merge partitions that have OSs on them. Thanks.

one meg short of a gig,

You can merge D and E, and then append them to C.

If you install the program, and actually run it. You'll see a button to merge drives. Just use it. It will append anything to your boot drive, with a warning about going over the bootsector size limit and you should make emergency restore diskettes.
Follow the advice and onscreen prompts, restart as needed.
If it crashes, then you have the recovery diskettes to get it back...you DID make those recovery diskettes?
