Boom Runtime errors

I keep getting a runtime error visiting web sites. The error asks me if I want to debug it. I dont know what to do to debug it so I cancel. Why is the runtime error even poping up. I aslo get a simular error when I use Word and the whole program shuts down and I open it up again, luckly on errors it saves the last thing or I would loose all my work. Any ideas?

It would help if you could post the specifications of your pc. Which version of Windows, Office and Explorer are you using. Is it always the same runtime error, and can you post what the error message is (more or less? ). Does it also happen on other moments. If so, it could be a problem with the OS itself.

Have you got all the latest patches and version of your browser? Did you have any other problems lately that could be causing this.

Do you have antivirus software running. ?

this is a link to a page with a list of possible runtime errors. maybe you can find something here.

I found this trough google.
http://www.duxcw.com/faq/win/ieruntime.htm

maybe this can help ?

if this works for IE, the error with Word will probably be caused by something different. you posted it was a similar error message . could you take a screenshot of it too? if it is a runtime error from office itself, there might be something wrong with the program's files.

hope this can help

If I use word and that error occurs I will try to capture it. I cant seem to recreate that one, it just happens on different things while in word. Thanks for the info.
