Problem Playing champ 03/04

Hello can anyone please help???

After formatting my C drive I still can't get Championship Manager 03/04 to work. I start playing the game then without warning it shut's itself down. When it boot's itself back up it gives me one of those error message boxes telling me to send a report to microsoft. when I do this it tell's me I need to download a XP Service Pack Express 1. The Microsoft website won't let me download it as my XP Pro has the wong key code or something. I need someone out there to tell me where I can download a version without it being blocked or if there is any other way around so I can actually play the game.

If It isnt accepting you Serial Code you may need to contact Microsoft customer support. Where did you buy your XP CD from?
