system stats

what's a good program that will show your computer's information on the desktop? I've seen this before, but i can't find it anymore. It shows stuff like size of hard drives, space remaining, cpu, motheboard, temp, etc. Thanks.

Thanks for th link. Tthat program works well, but i was thinking of a program that actually runs on your desktop, over in the corner of your screen. so even when you start up, or minimize everything, it's still running on your background. Thanks again.

I have a program called Coolmon that shows all of that. You can get it here:
www.coolmon.org

You also need Motherboard Monitor (MBM) for Coolmon to show temps and fan speeds. They have a link for it on the Coolmon site.

Everest is pretty much the same thing as AIDA32, but any future versions will be under this title.

everest provides mb board temps and voltage readings ! aida does not. probably best to have both. they both perform basic benchmark tests and give more info than the average user will ever need.

http://www.statbar.nl/ is another prog that shows system readings. its configurable, looks though sag behind rainlender and
coolmon.
