creating a dvd

i would like to crith a menu to select the movie and have chapters in the movie.

i heard ulead could do this so i downloaded a trial and it has no button that says CREATE MENU so i was wondering where i might find it.

It depends on the program you use. You downloaded a trial but a trial of which program ?

I once worked with Ulead PowerTools and if I remember right you had to import the picture you want as the background, and then import the picture you want as a button and then just drag and drop the buttons to the background wherever you want them. The pictures itself you can create in paint or whatever picture program you use.
