mutiple copies..

i need windows xp on 3 of my comps.. (delete this if im not allowed to say this..) but i don't care on the legal issue of windows pirating.. because i believe if its my cd i can put it on more then 1 comp.. anways.. can i use 1 disk for 3 diff comps, or will it not work.. (and do i need to register it?)

You can use one cd on three different computers.

won't each require a differant cd key? or i can use the same one.. each one will have active internets

What you are describing is illegal...

You dont need a seperate CD for each computer, however you DO need a seperate CD key for each computer.

As when you install the software you agree to the terms of the EULA which (if you read it) clearly states that you may only install your copy of XP Pro on 1 machine.

monster, you can use the same CD on different computer as long as you have seperate licensed CD keys.

Other than that, you will have to go out and buy another licensed copy of the Windows CD. Each computer must have its own license.
