Netscape not working

I work on a family friends computer and on friday i installed Ad-aware on it because i knew it had a bunch of spyware on it. They had installed Netscape on there because of all the pop ups from Internet explorer, but now when they load netscape they cant click the buttons or something like that. I havent been over there yet so im not sure my friend was just describing it. But anyways his mom thinks its my fault and shes a real pain and will probably kill me. so if anyone knows why this is happening to Netscape please help. Also, they said Internet explorer does the sae thing.

I would try a few things. Run Spybot and AdAware again. Clear all browser caches. Uninstall and reinstall Netscape. Try installing Mozilla Firefox to see if that works. If nothing helps, run Hijack This and post a log.
