AIM question
I was doing some desktop cleaning, and by that I mean i was moving all the shortcuts that I don't usually use to a folder to clear the clutter. AIM was one of them. But for some reason, everytime I exit out of AIM, the shortcut icon reappears on my desktop! Do you guys have any idea how to fix this??

I experienced that same problem, I don’t know why it happens but the only way that I know of to fix it is to get the AIM shortcut out of the desktop shortcuts folder. I no longer use have any desktop shortcuts (I like it clean) so instead I use quick launch and I put the short cut to it down there, you could also pin it to your start menu for quick access to it.

My “unused desktop shortcuts” folder was just on the desktop, and the AIM shortcut was in there, I simply got rid of the Aim shortcut from that folder.
