unable to open contact files in Outlook 2000
when trying to open contact folders get this page invaled page fault in module ole32.dll, miscrosoft talks about renaming offitems.log files, which I cannot find on my system?
when i hit refresh F5 brings up mail ,etc after that I can open the contact folders, but when I exit I get the same message? invalid page fault in module ole32.dll are there some files to rename, where are they, I have mail set to outlook in intenet options, also have AOL & Yahoo dsl on system thanks |

First of all, welcome to PCMech! ![]() You should be able to just rename the 'offitems.log' to 'offitems.old' to resolve the issue... However, you mention that you can't find the file on your system. When you search for it, be sure that you have the search options looking for hidden files. BTW, what version of Outlook are you using? If you have any questions about this, post'em here... -LW |
