windows xp installation question

i have one question

everytime when i try to reinstall windows xp and reboots into the GUI part of the installation and restart and the problem is after the restart it never goes into the computer setup wizard where you register, create account name and, stuff it just skips to the welcome screen with one account named Administrator. so this problem is basically on why it doesn't have the computer setup wizard

next question

when i sign on it will have a bubble telling me that my display settings are too low. so i install my video drivers and restart it still tells me that my display settings are too low.

(keep in mind that this is a new installation of XP)
sorry if it's too long

please help

do you have a valid xp cd? Are you installing the right drivers? Have you tried updating your drivers? Uninstall old drivers before installing new ones.
