Norton Antivirus 2003 question

i have norton antivirus 2003 and in the subscription part it says expired, i just want to know if renewing is simple.

It should give you a link to renew it. If not and you don't want to pay, you could try AVG Free Edition, although Norton probably gives a more features. You might even try looking for a Norton 2004 upgrade free after rebates. If you own a previous version, you can usually get the new version free after rebates at your local electronics store, or a Best Buy or something like that.
