McAfee VirusScan Professional 8 problem
Hey Guys,
I have installed McAfee VirusScan Professional 8 on my system. Now I want to remove this program, but my problem is there is no unistall program in start menu....neither in add remove programs!! What to do?? How can I uninstall this program?? -Parimal. |

Can you try reinstalling it. Maybe you accidently deleted a necessary file. Put the CD in, install it. Then check if you can uninstall it. You may also be able to perform a repair operation. What OS are you running? Does the program at least load up?

I'm using Windows XP pro. Sometimes this program get updated and sometimes not.....that is the reason why I want to uninstall it..!! Can't find the uninstall key on start up as well as control panel...!!

Do you have the CD that you can try to install it again, even if over the exisitng program?

There may be an uninstall option in the CD setup - put it in and see what it comes up with.
