I'm pretty sure Trillian, which incorporates MSN, ICQ, Yahoo, AIM, and IRC, supports multiple simultaneous logins.

Trillion would be your best bet, but i guess if you really wanted to you can use Windows Messenger and then MSN Messenger at the same time, it might be a little annoying, but i am pretty sure it would work.

Mmmmm, I have my doubts it will work. I had some trouble recently with MSN Messenger getting mysteriously regularly unlogged. It didn't lose connection, it actually unlogged me. The solution was that Windows Messenger (that I used before) was still autologging me in somewhere in the background, they both used the .Net service and when one logs, the other gets unlogged. I had to switch Windows Messenger to a Communication service other than .Net to solve this. This seems to indicate you can't use both at the same time, but I'd be curious to know if there IS a way.
