Memory Stick Icon

hey everyone quick question, i just installed xp pro on a new laptop i just got its a sony and came with the memory stick slot built in, the only problem i have had since the install is that i don't have that little memory stick icon for the drive in "My Computer" its actually no problem at all but i just liked the look of that little icon instead of the generic windows removable media icon, anyone know where i can get that icon from?
