Can I switch mp3 to wma ?
Is there anyway to convert music copied in one file form, say wma, to another, say mp3 (for example) ?
I have a large pile of music burned as data CDs, the hard drive was rapidly dieing and I only got about 2/3s of the collection off of it, to restore to a computer and it would simplify the owner's life if I could get it down to 2 media players instead of the 5 he used to have.

i am not familiar with a program that does that exact conversion, although there are many out there. my two favorite for conversion to mp3 from a cd are dbpoweramp and cdex.
a google search found this on wma to mp3 http://www.mp3-converter.biz/wma-to-...ter-directory/ that site, if you go back to root, has a directory for almost every type of conversion hope that helps craig
