Exchange Server / Outlook SBE 2000

I have a client that took a PC from work that was using Exchange and brought it home to use as a home PC. Now when she opens Outlook it asks for her Exchange password and will not let you get past that screen; it continues to do so even after a complete reinstall of Outlook and Office 2000. Any ideas on how to get this to go away? It's Win Me OS.

Go into the control panel, click Mail, click Add new account and then setup a new account. That should fix it.
