Radeon Cooling Utility?
Are there any radeon specific cooling utility's that i could use to monitor just the temp of my vid card?

You would need to attach a heat sensor to the card before even thinking about software.

I recommend Speedfan, which will try to find all temp sensors in your system, including hard disks and video cards (when there ARE temp sensors, certainly not always the case). It will not know which is which, but you can determine that by looking for the "bus" a temp comes from, for example on an nvdia card of mine Speedfan will detect two temp sensors on the "nvidia" bus, so that was pretty easy. It's also possible that one sensor is copied on another "bus", so you get duplicate entries but you can configure Speedfan to ignore those
