.bin and windows
How would I go about running a .bin file in windows, is their a downloadable program or something that can help me?

You have to have a cue file then you can either use nero and open the cue file to create a cd image of the file (is the bin file a film game..),there is also a program called daemon tools that will make a virtual cd drive on your computer and you can then open the cue file from it.
to make a cue file save this in notepad as a .cue file and change filename to whatever it is FILE "filename.BIN" BINARY TRACK 01 MODE1/2352 INDEX 01 00:00:00 |

You do not need a cue file if you use dameon tools.
