Word Attachments won't open in incredimail

when I click on a word attachment It says the last time this application opened it caused a serious error. It asks if you want to continue. If you attempt to continue it says it has to shut down.and goes into a loop of continuious error messages . I also can not click on a link in the email to go to the browser. The page goes blank. I don't know if this is related. I am using windows XP Pro and the problem is also in outlook express.and incredimail. This is what I have done so far.Reinstalled incredimail,reinstalled office xp , removed windows updates ( possible conflict).Removed third party software. I have set all the browser settings to default. I see to be running out of options.
