Wierd Gap with stripes in "Add/Remove Programs"

I am getting a wierd gap in add remove programs with some funny graphical display.

I have included a screenshot of the problem.

I have scanned the PC with adaware, spybot, cws, norton av 2004, x-cleaner and housecall and it should have removed all nasties.

I have ran sfc /scannow (no errors) and norton windoctor (repaired some errors).

Any ideas??????

Screenshot is attached, Thanks.

Hmmm... That is odd. I had a similar problem with a large gap once but there were no stripes. I deleted the program above the gap, which I didn't need anyway, and the gap went away. I have no clue abou the stripes. I have never seen anything like it.

Looks like data corruption. Can probably search through MS Knowledgebase for a solution.
