Outlook Migration
What would be the best way to migrate an Outlook e-mail box to another computer?
That is, I would like to preserve everything, if possible ... inbox, sent items, calendar, notes, etc. I know the term doesn't apply for this but it would be the equivalent of "ghosting" the Outlook user's information and moving it to another computer. I looked into Outlook's export feature but that didn't seem to be what I wanted. |

Generaly speaking, ALL outlook info is stored into one .pst file.
Can either do the export function or copy the whole file to new pc. On new pc select File->Import. Boom you're done. |

Just an FYI in addition to what EzyStvy said...if you copy the file to a new PC, be sure to remove the 'Read Only' attribute. Otherwise, you will get a message saying that you cannot access the file.
