Screenshot of a movie ?

How to make a screenshot of a movie ? I was trying playing the movies with different prorgrams (like Bestplayer, BS player, Allplayer, Windows Media player) and taking the screenshots with some programs like Irfan, Screencatch! etc. I was also trying pressing the print screen button and pasting into some graphic editing apps but what I always get is a black screen no matter what I do.

I'd really appreciate any hints on how to do it.

You have to use the screenshot feature in the program. I know PowerDVD has this, and I'm sure plenty of other programs do as well.
