MS Office 2003--"Locate Link Browser"

Whenever I click a link in Outlook 2003, from an email, it always opens the "Locate Link Browser". I don't know why it does this, instead of just opening the Web Browser. If anyone else knows how to fix this please let me know. Thanks.

Sounds like maybe you have Firefox installed and set as your default browser?

I do have Firefox installed as the main browser, but I can't read that article. It says that I need to be a member, can you copy and paste what it says?
