Any Ideas?
Hey everyone. I currently work for a corporation that is seeking a new software to create training manuals. Our process today is an absolute mess. We have the instructions on how to operate machines in Microsoft Word Documents, and the pictures to go with them in Powerpoint documents. Next, we PDF both documents, blend them together, and re-PDF them. On top of that, links become messed up very easily and it just becomes a big headache for the staff. We need something that allows us to blend both text and images with captions. It needs to be easily modified, while at the same time placed in a PDF file type for display on our company's Intranet (we don't want people to be able to change things, just print them and use them for reference). As I mentioned before, this process is quite complex. Hopefully you can understand what I'm saying here. This isn't an urgent issue, but we would like to find a solution as soon as possible. Any suggestions for some good software? Thanks!
