Can't delete program

I was browsing the net a couple of weeks back and somehow a program called Instant Access (which is basically a shortcut to some porn site) managed to install itself and is on the Windows taskbar.
I tried to delete the program but an error message comes up and I acn't delete it. Does anyone know what to do.

Have a look in control panel, add remove programs, failing that type in msconfig at the run command, click on the startup tab and look for the program. untick the entry will stop it running but not remove it from the PC. You may have to go into the registry and do a search for the program.

Looks like it's a nasty dialer. Here's a removal tool from Symantec.
